What you’ll be doing
You’ll be driving the strategies to attract and support the retention of high quality, diverse and flexible talent to Nomensa to support our growth and our goal to be an inclusive, brilliant place to work for everyone. You’ll play to your strength of collaboration, working with colleagues to develop our employer brand and reputation externally and building our future talent pipelines across all our resourcing needs.

What we need from you
You’ll have solid recruitment experience, ideally from an in-house role in similar industry/organization, and be used to finding perm and contingent staff in a fast-paced commercial environment. You are knowledgeable in implementing talent attraction strategies and experience in IT/tech development, digital, and user experience design would be ideal.
Your results and customer focus shines through in your work and you pride yourself on the candidate experience the systems and processes you put in place deliver. Data driven, IT systems and social media savvy, you understand recruitment good practice and how to apply it for commercial benefit for your organisation.
You enjoy continually learning and improving ways of working. Balancing conflicting priorities and coping with the pressures and challenges this can bring is in your comfort zone. You enjoy collaborating and love being a team player, as well as owning and being accountable for specific areas. You are warm, engaging and inclusive in your relationships and style of communication which results in effective working relationships with your colleagues and wider stakeholders.

The role is full-time but we are open to being flexible, for example a 0.8FTE work pattern. The role is based in our Bristol office although we are enabling hybrid working (i.e. WFH and office based) so you don’t need to be BS1 based every day.
