What you’ll be doing
You’ll be a key member of the People Team, supporting us to effectively deliver our day-to-day HR activities and plan to colleagues across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll get involved in a variety of people related projects, from supporting our Chief Happiness Officers to spread a little happiness and joy, to projects that make sure we are compliant in line with the frameworks we work within - and everything in between! You’ll also get involved in recruitment as we are growing and continually looking for talent to join us.

This might be a Level 3 5 CIPD qualification if you are a graduate or an apprenticeship if you are qualified by your work experience.
What we need from you
You’ll have great administration experience, ideally in a similar fast-paced commercial environment. A relevant degree with business or HR content is desirable, but not essential. If you already have some practical HR experience even better, but no matter if not, a passion for the role and the impact you can have is more important.
You’re organised, detail oriented and you enjoy continually learning and improving ways of working. You’re a team player who enjoys collaborating with others but is equally comfortable going solo on activities that will give you some stretch and professional growth. You get the need to be people and service focused and you care about the quality of your work and developing effective working relationships with colleagues. You communicate well, understand the need for discretion in this type of role and overall are ambitious to get your HR career moving.

The role is full-time and is based in our Bristol office. We are enabling hybrid working (i.e. WFH and office based) so you don’t need to be BS1 based every day and this would be discussed at interview.
